Here in lies the problem with playing for promotions… every regular online player wants to do the same thing. Typically there will be 2-3 NL100 tables on Sunday at this time. Today there are 5 already and looks like a new one could easily be started. And notice how they are all playing full ring? Of course, I can set-mine with the best of them and I need the double points for my Seven Stars pursuit, but it’s likely today
I just made a deposit to take full advantage of Wsop’s Celebrate bonus for $919. I’m actually not too sure how I feel about playing under a bonus again. It seems when I push myself to clear a bonus, I never do as well at poker. Outside of having a bonus to clear, I tend to only play when I feel good and focused and I more than make up for not having a bonus in higher EV. And now

It seems that with the Spring Tier Bonus, and some above average play for me in July and August, I have managed to put myself in striking distance of earning Seven Stars with Total Rewards. Do it all with poker? With 50,000 points to go and 4 months to do it, that would mean playing 12,500 APPs per month on Wsop.com. That is a reasonable goal. Although it is a bit much for me, especially considering I have 16 credits

Well ok… don’t get too excited. I haven’t figured out a way to earn 55% on WSOP.com in Nevada.
