Double Points Sunday – nits out in force

Here in lies the problem with playing for promotions… every regular online player wants to do the same thing.

Typically there will be 2-3 NL100 tables on Sunday at this time. Today there are 5 already and looks like a new one could easily be started.

And notice how they are all playing full ring?

Of course, I can set-mine with the best of them and I need the double points for my Seven Stars pursuit, but it’s likely today is not all that much of a plus EV day. For online poker to be plus EV, we need fish, not nits. No matter how badly you think nits play, the reason they are nits is because they don’t like to give up money.
